+ Infofin has a tool to maintain your General Ledger accounts showing only the transactions that integrate the balance. This tool helps the user maintain the accounts balanced, showing only the transactions that integrate the final balance. It is very useful to maintain control over accounts as of debtors, creditors, clients, suppliers, etc.

+ This is made giving control by an ID number for each transaction, like the invoice number identifying the transaction when the invoice is generated with the transaction, and paid. Both transactions are eliminated and the user can print a report of statement of account where only the “live” transactions are shown.
